Moxie is a Meowstic and an Inkling, and as such is capable of changing colors! He has translucent fur, much like a polarbear, which reflects the color of his chromatophores in his skin. The only parts that do not change are the white spots. Feel free to have fun with how you color him! My one request is that if you want to do NSFW of him, please keep it solo. This character represents myself and as such I prefer him to be exclusive to his partner.
