The Mooning Twins

Kyle (male) and Kelly (female) King are 10-year-old fraternal twins who like showing their underwear-clad butts at people a lot, much to the chagrin of their uncle Gary (who doesn't believe in discipline, so he has no control over their actions). They live in the same universe as Boogie, but they don't have any special abilities like Boogie does. They also live in a different town from Boogie, but he does run into them from time to time whenever he's visiting his aunt Charmila at that town.
