A small, neon-blue fox inspired by Eevee from Pokémon. With light blue/dark blue fur. She has markings all over the face that glow in the Dark. Due to radioactivity from a nuclear war, bioluminescence has appeared in all species, causing strange glowing spots on the face and other parts of the body.
