To keep Pawprints a friendly and safe space for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
🎨 Content Guidelines
-
❌ No Hate Speech or Discrimination
Do not create content that promotes hate, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic. Exceptions are made for in-universe content where the characters are explicitly intended to be hateful or discriminatory, and it's not intended to be taken seriously.
-
🔞 Proper Tagging
Always mark content appropriately using the rating system. We run a TWYK (tag what you know) policy, so a character simply looking younger or smaller isn't a reason to tag something as young. All pawprints MUST be tagged with at least 3 tags. If it contains questionable kinks or other content, include tags for those. Failure to tag content properly will result in removal or a restriction of your account. This includes:
- Explicit adult content. If no genitalia are shown and there are no implied kinks, it's not NSFW - however, suggestive content is considered Mature/R-15 if it's obviously sexual in nature
- Gore or extreme violence
- Hard kinks including but not limited to: rape, scat, gore, and other extreme fetishes, even if it's only implied, need to be marked as Extreme/R-18G
- Other mature themes
-
🤖 AI-Generated Content
AI-generated and AI-assisted content is not allowed on Pawprint.ing. While I don't think it's possible currently due to our custom drawing system and lack of uploads, I don't want to take any chances. This includes:
- Artwork created using AI art generators (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion)
- Text generated by AI language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude)
- Using AI tools to edit, enhance, or modify existing artwork
- Tracing or heavily referencing AI-generated images
This rule exists to protect original artists and maintain the authenticity of our creative community. Everything posted to the site must be made on the site with no outside influence. Violations will result in content removal and possible account restrictions.
-
⚖️ Legal Compliance
Do not create or share content that is illegal or promotes illegal activities. This includes but is not limited to:
- Copyright infringement
- Explicit illegal content
- Personal information without consent
- Promotion of MAP/Zoophile ideology, including the use of flags, symbols, or other forms of expression that specifically target members of those groups
- Content must adhere to UK law. According to Coroners and Justice Act of April 2009 (c. 2), you may not upload content depicting minors in sexual situations where the minor represents a human child under the age of 18. Sexual situations include nudity, fetishes that may not feature nudity but are created to fulfil fantasies (for example but not limited to: vore, inflation, pregnancy), and explicit sex. This includes photography, drawings, stories, audio or any other medium of content. This rule applies to human characters, or ones that could be seen as human by a reasonable person

🔒 Security & Exploitation
Any attempts to compromise the security or integrity of the platform are strictly prohibited. This includes:
- Attempting to hack, exploit bugs, or bypass security measures
- Using automated scripts, bots, or other tools without authorization
- Deliberately causing system disruptions or degrading service
- Sharing or exploiting security vulnerabilities instead of reporting them
- Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
Using alternate accounts ("alts") to bypass system limitations is prohibited. This includes:
- Responding to your own Pawception turns or creating fake conversations
- Submitting multiple entries to the same event
- Voting multiple times in events
- Harassing users who have blocked your main account
- Bypassing daily drawing limits or cooldowns
- Claiming more tiles than allowed in a Pawzzle
- Entering raffles with alts, that you have entered on other accounts
- Creating backup accounts to evade potential future bans
- Using alts to artificially boost engagement metrics (likes, follows, etc.)
- Circumventing any other site restrictions or limitations
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to our team immediately. We have a responsible disclosure policy and appreciate your help in keeping the platform secure.
-
👥 Respect Others
Be respectful in your interactions with other users. This includes:
- No harassment or bullying, this includes sending unwanted pawprints to someone who has made it clear they don't want them
- As far as pawprint.ing is concerned, no drama from any outside source is relevant. If you heard someone was bad on twitter, don't bring it up here
- No spamming or trolling
- No using comments, DMs, or pawprints to ask for requests, requests should be sent via the requests page if the artist has it enabled
- No backseat moderation - if you see content that violates the rules, report it to moderators rather than trying to enforce rules yourself. Let the moderation team handle rule enforcement
- Respect others' privacy
- No advertising services or products
- Respect profile privacy settings
-
🎭 Pawception Game Rules
When participating in Pawception games, please follow these additional guidelines:
- No inappropriate content in Pawception games - make sure any content is at or below the rating of the game
- Stay on context - your drawings and descriptions should follow logically from the previous entry
- Don't force unrelated characters into the story - only include characters that make sense in the context
- Each turn should build on the previous one rather than trying to redirect the story
- Describe, don't name: If you recognize a character in a drawing, describe their appearance, features, and characteristics instead of using their name directly. This keeps the game fun and accessible for everyone, even if they don't know the character
- Don't go off-topic or try to railroad the game in a different direction - your entry must be related to the previous one
- If you're unsure about the context, ask a moderator before submitting your turn
Remember, Pawception is about collaborative storytelling - respect the narrative others are building!
-
🔤 Furdle Rules
When playing Furdle, please follow these guidelines:
- A new puzzle is available every day - each difficulty level has its own daily word
- You have a limited number of attempts to guess the word
- Pay attention to the color-coded feedback to help narrow down your guesses
- Do not share the winning word for the current daily game - this ruins the experience for others who are still trying to solve it
- Be respectful of other players and don't spoil puzzles in comments, messages, or other public spaces
Furdle is about the challenge and fun of solving puzzles - keep it fair for everyone!
-
🧩 Pawzzle Rules
When participating in Pawzzle games, please follow these guidelines:
- Only claim tiles that you can reasonably draw - don't claim tiles just to block others
- Respect the tile limit per user - don't use alternate accounts to claim more tiles
- Complete your claimed tiles within a reasonable timeframe
- Don't claim tiles that are clearly meant for specific characters or themes unless you can contribute appropriately
- Be respectful of other players' contributions and don't deliberately sabotage the puzzle
- If you can't complete a tile, consider releasing it for others to claim
Pawzzle is about collaborative art creation - work together to create something amazing!
-
🎫 Raffle Rules
When creating or participating in raffles, please follow these guidelines:
- Only create raffles if you can actually deliver the promised art - don't create raffles you can't fulfill
- Be clear about what winners will receive and any limitations or requirements
- Follow through on your raffle promises - winners should receive their prizes in a timely manner
- Don't create multiple raffles simultaneously - you can only have one active raffle at a time
- Respect entry requirements - don't try to bypass follow requirements or other entry methods
- Don't use alternate accounts to enter raffles multiple times
- Be honest about your artistic abilities and the scope of work you can deliver
- If you need to cancel a raffle, do so before it ends and notify participants
- Failing to deliver raffle prizes after winners are announced can result in warnings or loss of raffle privileges
Raffles are about giving back to the community - make sure you can deliver on your promises!
-
🤝 Art Trades & Community Exchanges
When you agree to an art trade, raffle, or giveaway, you're making a promise to another artist:
- Complete your side of an art trade once your partner has delivered theirs, or communicate clearly if you need more time
- Do not accept raffle entries or prizes unless you are confident you can finish them
- Repeatedly failing to deliver on trades or prizes may result in warnings, temporary feature suspensions, or other moderation action
Community exchanges rely on trust, only volunteer for them if you can follow through.
-
📝 Requests
When sending or receiving art requests, please follow these guidelines:
- Only send requests to artists who have explicitly enabled requests on their profile
- Respect the artist's request guidelines and preferences (check their request notes)
- Be clear and specific about what you're requesting: include reference links or descriptions when helpful
- Don't send excessive or spam requests, respect cooldowns and limits set by the artist
- If an artist accepts your request, be patient and respectful, art takes time
- Don't use requests as a way to bypass communication restrictions or harass users
- Artists: If you accept requests, make reasonable efforts to complete them or communicate if you cannot
- Repeatedly failing to deliver on accepted requests may result in warnings or restrictions
Requests are a privilege, not a right. Be respectful and follow through on your commitments.
